Frequently Asked Questions

How do I play with friends?

From the menu, choose multiplayer and create a table — you'll get a short room code. Share that code with up to three friends; they enter it on their device and connect directly to your game. There are no accounts, friend lists, or matchmaking with strangers.

Multiplayer won't connect. What should I check?

• Every player needs an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular both work — you do not need to be on the same network).
• The host should keep the app open in the foreground while others join.
• Room codes are single-use per table. If a join fails, have the host create a fresh table and share the new code.
• If a player disconnects mid-game, an AI takes over their seat so the hand can finish.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. Solo play against the AI and tournaments work fully offline. Only online multiplayer needs a connection.

How do I restore my purchases (like Remove Ads)?

Open the in-app Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so they restore on a new device or after a reinstall. If a restore doesn't take, make sure you're signed in with the same store account you bought with, then try again.

A purchase didn't go through or coins didn't arrive.

First try Restore Purchases in the Shop. If the problem persists, email the address above with the approximate purchase time and a copy of your App Store or Google Play receipt, and it will be sorted out. Refunds themselves are handled by Apple and Google through their standard processes.

What are coins for? Do I have to buy them?

Coins are earned by winning games and tournaments, and they're spent only on cosmetics — card backs, table skins, and chip sets. Optional coin packs exist if you want to speed that up, but no gameplay is ever gated behind a purchase.

How do I get rid of ads?

A one-time Remove Ads purchase in the Shop disables all ads permanently. It can be restored on any device via Restore Purchases.

Is the AI cheating?

No — and this is enforced by automated tests, not just a promise. The AI plays with exactly the information a human in its seat would have: its own hand and the cards played face-up. It never looks at your cards, your partner's, or the kitty. Higher difficulties are better at counting cards and reading the table, not better informed.

My game progress disappeared.

Progress, coins, and unlocks are stored locally on your device (there are no accounts or cloud saves). Deleting the app deletes its data, and iOS "Offload App" can also clear website-style storage in some cases. If something looks wrong after an update, email the developer — include what you had and roughly when it vanished.
